Understanding the Leadership Context for Women

This program is designed for inspiring mid-and-senior-level women executives to create a positive roadmap for their careers in the organization --- and is aimed at supporting organizations to retain and nurture their best talent of women executives, and create women leaders who are accomplished, contributing, and with a global mind-set that will add value to the organization.

The WILL Forum will conduct this program through a combination of sessions that will work towards leveraging the vast talent pool of women executives, raising the inspirational level of women to maximize their personal and professional goals, and developing the executive presence and leadership styles of women for advancing them within the organization -- for building sustainable and lasting companies.

The program will be conducted by the distinguished "WILL Mentoring Council" members, who are senior leaders across different companies committed to contributing their learning’s and experience towards the WILL mission and mandate for nurturing women leaders. WILL Mentoring Council members are accomplished women and men from Tata Consultancy Services, KPMG, Deutche Bank, Barclays SS, International Paper, Genpact, Capgemini, Amazon, Starwood Resorts. Aditya Birla Group, and other WILL member companies.
